Business Development Manager

Infiswift Technologies is growing our location tracking solution, which includes web and mobile apps, and a hardware agnostic approach that is unique in this space. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working with B2B/Enterprise SaaS and PaaS Solutions. This role will primarily focus on inbound leads, but may include outbound business development activities as well.


  • Ownership of personal sales pipeline, with an emphasis on relevant updates and key information to create reliable closing rates
  • Schedule and deliver presentations, follow-up meetings, and related activities primarily focused in North America, balancing time zones for stakeholders around the world
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and supporting documentation needed to close each deal
  • Qualify leads utilizing technical competence in our software and hardware approach, customer journey and readiness to buy, commercial requirements, and competitive analysis
  • Prepare and deliver regular feedback to our product and engineering teams with an emphasis on data collected from prospect and customer interactions


Please note we are open to candidates who have completed or are completing non-traditional education paths, with a focus on demonstrated knowledge and ability based on the qualifications below.
  • 3 years experience in IoT business solutions, preferably with an emphasis on location-tracking services
  • Ninja level proficiency in Google Workspace, HubSpot CRM, Slack, and Zoom
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics, or a relevant field
  • A working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
